LITIGATION

We provide litigation services to the agricultural companies arising under different agricultural laws such as

NON-LITIGATION
1.Misbranding:
  • To support the employees of the company in answering queries raised by the department of agriculture with regard to misbranding
  • To support the employees of the company in representing themselves before the agricultural authorities to answer any queries/clarification raised by the department of agriculture with regard to misbranding.
  • To support the employees of company in preparing reply to Show Cause Notice or any other notice issued by Department of Agriculture.
  • To support the employees of the company in representing themselves before the agricultural authorities to attend any hearing/proceeding that the Department of Agriculture may conduct with regard to such notice.
  • Other incidental and ancillary services.
2.Complaints:
  • To answer queries of employees of company with regard to complaints raised by farmers or any other customer with department of agriculture.
  • To support the employees of company in preparing reply to Show Cause Notice or any other notice issued by Department of Agriculture against such complaint
  • To support the employees of the company in representing themselves before the agricultural authorities to attend any hearing that the Department of Agriculture may conduct with regard to such notice.
  • Other incidental and ancillary services.
3.Seed License.

To interact, liaise with officers of the Licensing authority or any other relevant authority so as to support the employees of the company in filing application for Seed License/Renewal of Seed License.

  • To represent the company before the Licensing Authority or any other relevant authority to provide information, file documents (provided/issued/certified/signed by the company’s representatives) that the authority may require for/in connection with the aforesaid purpose.
  • To make follow up with the aforesaid authorities to expedite the processing of applications for Seed License/Renewal of Seed License.
  • To interact, liaise with officers of the Licensing authority or any other relevant authority so as to support the employees of the company in filing application for incorporation/registration of seed varieties in Seed License.
  • To represent the company before the Licensing Authority or any other relevant authority to provide information, file documents (provided/issued/certified/signed by the company’s representatives) that the authority may require for/in connection with incorporation/registration of variety in Seed License.
  • To make follow up with the aforesaid authorities to expedite the processing of applications for incorporation/registration of seed varieties in Seed License.
  • To support the employees of the company in dealing with/resolving queries/issues that the licensing/agricultural/regulatory authority may raise in connection with or in the course of testing seeds’ quality or trialing of variety.
  • Other incidental and ancillary services

Any other service that is related and similar to the service listed above that the company may require from the Service Provider from time to time.
